Vehicle recovered quickly and delivered back home over 40 miles away on a Sunday night, for the same price as the highways agency wanted to charge to tow it off the slip road ! Thank you very much you are now in my emergency contact list Incase I ever need your services again. I would thoroughly recommend them.

We had an issue where the car horn wouldn’t stop constantly blaring at 3am on a busy street and we couldn’t fix it ourself. We called Carroll’s and they were there very quick, sorted the problem quickly, ran a diagnostics to find the cause (we hadn’t asked for this) and were better than half the cost of a famous car recovery service quoted us! All this with a friendly service when most people are grouchy at 4am!

Very helpful on first contact via phone, late opening so allowed us to pick the trailer up after work. Accommodating when it came to pick up and drop off, reasonable price and trailer was of good quality and well maintained, even came with straps. Would highly recommend.
